1. Services

Common Brother Moving provides moving services that may include labor-only services, truck-assisted moving services, or a combination of both, depending on the customer's selected service and written agreement. Services are performed based on information provided by the customer. Any changes to job scope may result in adjusted pricing, service time, or equipment requirements.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are rough estimates and not guaranteed. Final charges are based on actual time worked, services performed, equipment used, and agreed rates. Additional services, extended labor time, stairs, long carries, heavy items, packing services, materials, truck usage, or unforeseen conditions may increase total cost.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store credit card information. Card authorizations or temporary holds may be used until payment is finalized. Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension, delayed delivery, or additional collection actions as permitted by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate job details, safe working conditions, clear access to service locations, and proper item preparation unless packing or full-service options are included. Customers must ensure that all items are ready for transport at the scheduled service time unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damage & Liability

Common Brother Moving is not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor item condition, self-packed items, customer-packed boxes, damages resulting from customer instructions, structural limitations, weather conditions, or items that cannot be safely handled by standard moving equipment or personnel.

6. Cancellations & Delays

Cancellations, reschedules, or delays may be subject to fees. Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to prior jobs, traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Retail Sales (Clothing & Merchandise)

Common Brother Moving may sell clothing and merchandise through third-party fulfillment providers, including Tapstitch. All clothing and merchandise orders are subject to the production, shipping, return, and refund policies of the fulfillment provider. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays, defects, or shipping issues caused by third-party manufacturers or carriers, but we will assist customers in resolving issues when possible.

8. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree not to misuse content, submit false information, interfere with business operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Common Brother Moving and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Brother Moving shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services, transportation of goods, sale of merchandise, or access to this website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
